At Mr. Greentrees, our wreaths are as varied and unique as our customers. We believe in crafting by hand, and we believe the best wreaths are the ones we make with our customers, not just for them. We start with the basics: noble branches in a wireframe, carefully assembled to be as beautiful as the trees they came from. From there, the only limit is your imagination. Our designers work alongside you to build your wreath, adding bows, other greenery, pine cones—even lights and ornaments, if that’s what it takes to make it yours.
Our team is constantly designing, so we have plenty of ready-made wreaths available for you to take home or to use as inspiration for your own creation.
Wreath FAQs
What size wreath fits best on a front door?
The most common door sizes are best fit by either a 22-24” or 16-18” wreath. Larger doors can sometimes fit a 26-28” wreath. It’s always a good idea to measure first.
How long do wreaths last? And what can I do to extend the life of my wreath?
How long your wreath will last depends on a couple of factors: how much heat and sunlight it is exposed to, as well as what kind of care you give it. Wreaths can remain looking fresh for up to a week in many cases, but it’s important to keep them in the shade if possible, and to spray them down once or twice a day with water. We choose greenery that dries down beautifully so your wreath continues to look gorgeous for as long as possible.
Where else can I put a wreath?
If you think of it it, you can probably put a wreath there. We’ve made wreaths for gates, cars, mantelpieces—you name it. We even hand-make custom sizes on site for particularly special jobs.
Wreath Care
- Be aware of direct sunlight, warm temperatures, and heating sources. Your wreaths will do much better in a cool, shady place.
- Frequently spritzing your wreaths (being mindful of decorations) will prolong their beauty.
- Wreaths retain even less water than trees, so they should always be purchased later in the season, or traded out mid-season for even more fun and holiday joy!
- And if you DO want to keep it up for the full season, you can always consider flocking it.
