How much is delivery?
Delivery starts at $45 for the immediate neighborhood surrounding our lot and increases depending on distance, diff iculty, and the number of items being delivered.
How can I get my tree home if I don’t want it delivered?
Your salesperson can tie your tree to the roof of your vehicle if it’s a reasonable size. We do put down cardboard to protect your car, so don’t worry about that. Some people like to bring a blanket from home. Depending on how large your tree is, we tend to recommend that you have help getting it down, as it’s often a two-person job. Make sure to get it in water as soon as you get it in the door!
Do you offer lighting or decorating services?
No, we do not offer lighting or decorating services, but we can provide referrals if you need them. Specifically, we recommend contacting Dr. Christmas, or The Christmas Decorator if they are available.
Do you pick up the trees at the end of the season?
No, we do not, but we can recommend services that do.
My tree is not drinking water. Why?
There are two reasons: 1. Your tree is tapering off the amount it’s drinking. Trees only continue to drink up to a certain point once they are cut. 2. Your tree was left without water for too long and sapped over. If this is the case, please see the instructions on our Tree Care Tips page for how to correct this situation.
Do you flock trees?
Yes! However, it must be a tree that you purchased from us. We do not flock trees purchased from other lots. Please visit our Flock & Flame Retardant page for more information.
Do you offer flame retardant and certification?
Yes! However, we can only do so for trees and greenery purchased from us. Please visit our Flock & Flame Retardant page for more information.
Do you sell stands?
All of our trees come with stands, but we do not sell our stands separately.
Can I swap the tree I purchased for another one?
Of course you may, though we do charge a fee for cutting and restanding your original tree in addition to any price difference between your first and second trees. In the event that your exchange also requires a pick-up and delivery, new delivery charges will be assessed.
Do you carry mistletoe? What about poinsettias? Holly?
We carry mistletoe and holly as they are available to us, but we sell out often! We do not, however, carry poinsettias.
Can I order by phone or email?
Yes! Call or email us during business hours to place an order from home. You will need to provide payment information over the phone prior to your tree’s scheduled delivery. Please visit our Order From Home page for more details.
Do you offer any discounts?
We offer 10% off of all trees and greenery if you pay with cash. Additionally, if you keep your stand each year, you can bring it back for our recycling program and receive this year’s stand at no charge. In the event you purchase a tree that includes the price of the stand (over 8’), we will deduct the appropriate amount from the tree’s total.
